Flow Detect

BinMaster’s flow detection devices offer a solution to material contamination problems by using Doppler technology to communicate flow status to the user. Both the single-piece and two-piece flow detectors feature non-intrusive, flush- mounting designs and non-contact operations which eliminate flow stream interruption and reduce equipment wear. BinMaster’s Flow Detect 1000, a two-piece flow detect system, consists of a remote sensor and control console. It is ideal for hazardous locations as it features hazardous location approval. The Flow Detect 2000 is a flow/no flow detector that combines the functionality of the sensor and controller in a single unit. The sensing element, power and output connections, and user adjustment controls are contained in a single NEMA 4X enclosure.
