Procon Systems will review your submission, and if deemed complete,  will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) #.

NOTE:
a.      All fields are mandatory
b.      A Purchase Order or Credit Card # must be provided before an RA# can be issued
c.      Make note of the RA# clearly on the outside of your package

 

Shipping  equipment  without an RA# will lead to increased turnaround time and/or equipment  being returned unrepaired.
