Scepter Tank Heater
This versatile series of steam heaters are designed for the direct injection of steam into tanks for heating water compatible products in a quiet, vibration free, and 100% efficient fashion. In addition the tank heater develops a strong stirring action to help keep any solids or particulates in suspension. This stirring action also helps to produce uniform temperature throughout the tank volume allowing accurate thermostatic control.

- Available from 2" through 12" NPS with carbon steel or 316 stainless steel construction
- Available in 1" through 10" pipe sizes
- May be mounted in a tank from above, below or with a side port configuration
- Available with threaded pipe connectiions for the steam from 1" through 3" pipe sizes
- 150 lb. RFSO flanged connections available on all sizes
- Each unit employs a special Komax module via a pipe having a diameter about 2/3 of the Equalizer outside diameter
- No auxiliary air supply is required for quiet operation
